Loving father of Kathleen (Kenneth) Young, Karen (Glenn) Haley, Michael Rizzo, Sharon (Gerard) O'Sullivan, Christopher Rizzo of Tampa, FL, Laura Rizzo and Jennifer (Patrick) Hatfield. Dear grandfather of Emily and Jonathan Young and Rachel, Rebecca, Julia Haley and the late Brendan and Benjamin Haley and Ryan, Hannah and Meghan O'Sullivan and Nora, Parker and Maeve Hatfield. Brother of Sophie (late John) Santora, Palma (Paul) Bohn, Elizabeth (Felix) Perez and the late Nicholas Rizzo. Brother in law of Evelyn Rizzo, Louis (Ruth) Hurliman, Rita (late James) Wells, Anthony Hurliman, Mary Ann Hurliman, Lorry (Robert) Urso and the late Dorothy (Arthur) Gorski and James Hurliman. Survived by many loving nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. 911 Englewood Ave. on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Wednesday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Amelia's Church (2999 Eggert Rd.) on Thursday at 9:00 AM. Please assemble at church.
