Grandfather of Jessica (Joseph) Lacy, Daniel, Andrea and the late Jennifer. Great grandfather of Eva and Abigail Lacey. The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz & Son Funeral Home, Inc. 911 Englewood Ave. on Friday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Amelia Church on Saturday at 9 AM. Please assemble at church. Bill was a retiree from the New York Telephone Company of 44 years and a member of the Brighton Senior Golf Club. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bill's memory to the James V.
