Nigro, Robert J. (Volunteer Fireman Symbol) - August 27, 2016 - Beloved husband of Margaret (Hoppe) Nigro. Devoted father of Brian J. (Jennifer) Nigro and Kimberly A. (Tim) Everett. Step father of Eric (Katrina) Hoppe, Richard Hoppe and Jason Hoppe. Loving grandfather of Cole, Cameron, Stephanie and Lucas. Step grandfather of 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Richard (Frances) Nigro. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. 911 Englewood Ave. Wednesday 3-8 PM. Where funeral services will be held at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers donations in Bob's memory to the Roswell Park Alliance. Bob was a 20 year Life member of the Ellwood Volunteer Fire Company.
