Samer, Cecelia (nee Marzec) - Passed away peacefully - February 14, 2017 - Beloved wife of the late Richard A. Samer. Devoted mother of Jack (Cathy) Samer, Gary (Karen) Samer and Kristine (Patrick) Stilwell. Loving grandmother of 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
