Brother of Andrew (Carol) and Silvano (Daun Miller) Scirri and the late Nando and Louis Scirri and Bruna (Tony) Rapini. Brother in law of Barbara, Nancy, and Rose Scirri. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Born in Italy, Frank worked in the family construction business and was a former owner of Scirri’s Restaurant. Lover of laughter, music, and most of all, family.
