The Board of Directors of Hispanic Heritage Council of WNY Inc.[HHC], has made a monetary donation in memory of the Honorable Paul Volcy to the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation. The accomplishments and the contributions that Mr. Volcy made on behalf of our Hispanic Community thru his service on the Buffalo City Court Bench and New York State Attorneys Generals Office will forever go unrecognized in the history of our community. His service to our country in the military and the numerous community organizations we are forever grateful. We and the families represented by the Directors of HHC are saddened to hear of his passing, his memory will forever live in our hearts and will reinforce our call to community service. We extend our sincerest heartfelt condolences to his family and we pray that God grant them peace and comfort knowing we hold to high esteem his service to our community and Western New York.
