Haberstro, Janet May (nee Long) - January 12, 2016 - Beloved wife of the late William J. Haberstro. Devoted mother of Philip L. (Bonnie), James K. (Frances) of Gig Harbor, WA and Gregory W. Haberstro of Plattsburgh, NY. Loving grandmother of Ian J., Elizabeth, William J. (Veranika), John W., Adam M. and Katherine G. (Nick) Jones. Great grandmother of Ella Leigh. Dear sister of the late Kenneth Long and James Long. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc., 911 Englewood Ave. on Friday from 3 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM and a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Shrine of St. John Neumann Chapel (Englewood and Belmont Aves) on Saturday at 11:00 AM. Please Assemble at Church. Janet was one of the original homeowners on Vicksburg Avenue in the Town of Tonawanda; where she resided with her family for the past 66 years.
